Production Manager

Requirements:- Bachelor-s degree graduate preferably Architecture course - Computer literate; knowledgeable in Auto cad is a must
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Can work under pressure
- Must have understanding of fabrication, scheduling and planning

- Excellent organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:- Prepares cost estimates for the projects
- Prepares budget allocation
- Prepares working drawing
- Undertakes strict monitoring and implementation of the project
schedule
- Performs quality assurance / quality control of the project
- Monitors project budget to assure that project fabrication is within
budget allotment
- Coordinates with Project Assistant and Sub-Contractors for the status
of on-going projects
- Daily updates Production Manager with regards to the updates of on-
going project on any assigned works
- Takes charge, supervises wrapping of the module for delivery
- Facilitates loading
- Set - up modules properly, turns over the modules to client in
coordination with Project Assistant and Production Manager
- Photo documents the set up module
- Checks the modules if all components / accessories are complete for
egress
- Supervises covering of the modules for storage
