Roz Laboratories Inc. was established in 1980. A 100% filipino-owned company.We develop and manufacture cosmetic pharmaceutical and household products, repacking of medical device and distribution of drugs. Is currently looking for:  PRODUCTION HEAD Department:OFFICE / PRODUCTION Reports To:GENERAL MANAGER Authorities: Authorizes the strategies of the productionApprove or Disapprove leave of production employeesAuthorize assignments to production employeesDuties & Responsibilities: Follow all Company Rules and RegulationsPlanning and organizing production schedules (Production Plan)- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met (Production personnel)Overseeing production processesRe-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessaryOrganizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipmentSupervising the work of junior staffOrganizing relevant training sessionsOther tasks deemed necessaryQualifications: Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in PharmacyMust be a REGISTERED PHARMACISTWith or without experienceGood communication, organizational, time management and mathematical skillsExcellent project management skillsGood leadership and have the ability to coach or mentor employees on a one-on-one basis or as a group
