PRODUCTION HEADQualifications:Bachelor's degree in a similar fieldpreferably 4-5 years of experience in related fieldmust know GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) with regards to production (experience in cosmetics, Homecare and personal care production an advantage).has an in-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations.has excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills.amenable to work in Bulacan area.can start asap!!Duties & Responsibilities:oversees the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand.plan workers' schedules, estimate costs, and prepare budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines.organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlinesmonitor production to resolve issuessupervise and evaluate performance of production personnelensure output meets quality standardsenforce health and safety precautionsreport to upper management
