4NEXGEN Is currently looking for:  PRODUCTION DIRECTOR Responsibilities: Overseeing the workforce in the production departmentStriving to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product linesEnsuring all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelinesSetting ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnelProviding motivation, support and guidance to all employeesCommunicating any problems or obstacles to senior managementEstablishing workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency withoutcompromising product safety or integrityCreating schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing levelsMaintaining all production related documentations for future reference purposesWorking with production team to manage production workflow, schedule andqualityEnsuring that the final product/s meets quality standards and customerspecifications.Developing plans for team and organisation activities to include strategy toachieve targetsDelegate authority and responsibility to the team with supervision, accountabilityand reviewDirect, manage and maintain contact with internal and externalclients/customersSet an example for team members and organisation as a whole of commitment,work ethics and habits and personal characterMaintain accurate recordsControl expenses to meet agreed budgetary controlsAdhere to all organisation policies and proceduresQualifications: Proven experience as production directorDeep knowledge of production managementUnderstanding of quality standards and health & safety regulationsKnowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting conceptsExperience in reporting on key production metricsProficient in MS Office and ERP softwareOutstanding communication abilityExcellent organizational and leaderships skillsAttention to detailStrong decision-making skills and a results-driven approachBSc/Ba in business administration or relevant field is preferred
