Duties and Responsibilities:Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the production department.Supports managers, employees and staff through a variety of tasks related to production, inparticular.Able to learn quickly and address concerns effectivelyDetermined to get the job done and resourceful through multi-tasking and proactive thinking.Detail-oriented to catch potential typos and/or grammatical errors to ensure work is accurate andtrustworthyAble to anticipate needs and complete important tasks without needing to be asked.Responsible for accurate and time sensitive reporting.Qualifications:Excellent communication skillsExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS ExcelKnowledge in using Google Drive and Google SheetNote: Inexperienced applicants must be willing to undergo training.
