Product Specialist For Medical Products / Urgently Hiring

Job Description:-Area of Coverage: Office – NCR-Sales & Marketing-Achieves product growth targets in assigned product lines and districts-Identifies and promotes product conversion to potential customers-Conceptualize and lead product demand generating activities and promotions for assigned product line-Conducts training to end-users-Coordinates and relay information to the Technical Support team for system concerns of end-users.-Communicates with sales managers and sales personnel on customer concerns and issues.-Submits weekly and monthly sales status reports to Business Development Manager for Clinical Diagnostics and Regional Sales Manager-Updates monthly census of sales force data and sales funnel-Attends and participates in conventions and seminars of end-users-Prepares monthly sales forecast for product line assigned-Coordinates with any concerns and issues of end-users regarding the product.-Participates in business reviews and coordination meetings with Sales Team and other Department Heads-Accountabilities & Performance Measures-Conducts professional education activities for end-users-Conducts product training to Application System end-users-Monitoring of stock availability of product line-Maintain high customer satisfaction that meets Company standards-Provides coaching and product development to sales representative to further enhance product knowledge and credibilityQualifications:-Graduate of Any four (4) year course-Must be well-versed with Microsoft Office applications-Experience in Bidding and Collection is an advantage-Area flexibility, willing to travel as where Company service is needed.-Able to work independently, self-motivated and sales driven-With an average of two (2) years working experience on his/her previous jobsBenefits:-Additional leave-Company car-Company Christmas gift-Company events-Employee stock ownership plan-Free parking-Health insurance-Life insurance-On-site parking-Opportunities for promotion-Paid toll fees-Paid training-Transportation service providedLicense/Certification:Degree either in MedTech/Science, RadTech or Nursing
