The scope of work can range from launching new products from scratch, building on top of strategic experiments, or optimizing our mature credit product. You will complement Product Managers in execution of First Circle's customer-centric and hyper-aggressive product roadmap.**Performance Objectives**- Help drive implementation of First Circle's strategic initiatives during the full stretch of product development process, e.g. discovery, design, development, roll-out, optimization- Collaborate with designers, engineers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders for a syngerized and methodical solution to customers' and / or business' problems- Support strategic decision-making and problem-solving using a mix quantitative & qualitative tools (e.g. customer research, solution design, impact analysis)- Define, scope, and communicate business opportunities unlocked from customer engagement, data analysis, or other means- Articulate product / tech requirements in order to address business opportunities in a clear and crisp manner**You Are/Have**:- **1-2 year/s of Product Management experience**: preferably working on broad, sophisticated software projects in the lending, payments or credit underwriting space at a fast-growing environment- **Outcome owner**: you naturally seeks accountability and responsibility.
