Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

As the Product Marketing Manager of the Large Customer Marketing in the Philippines, you will lead the strategy of all our ads solutions for our customers. You'll work with sales teams in driving the advertising business with advertisers and agencies. You will find innovative ways to engage with decision makers, educate our users, and equip our sales teams with the tools they need to sell more effectively. You will inspire and educate marketers in the Philippines with industry leading market insights, shaping strategy and communicating via both targeted and scalable marketing channels.

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of marketing experience.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Filipino fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in brand and content marketing with ads product marketing/sales insights.
- Ability to develop marketing strategies that can reach and engage with different levels of customers.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to be structured and proactive.
- Ability to collaborate internally and externally.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.

- Lead Content and Brand Marketing for Google and YouTube Ads.
- Identify strategic priorities for Ads Marketing and create a go-to-market plan while collaborating with internal teams.
- Help develop Google and YouTube’s presence in the industry with thought leadership articles, client and executive presentations, case studies and other content.
- Develop compelling communications and creative assets that shift advertiser perceptions and behaviors, and identify/scope areas for experimentation to drive large advertiser and agency education, engagement and Google solutions adoption.
- Lead messaging and/or content for B2B branding events and manage planning and execution of the programs and related budget.
