KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTSAny Bachelor's Engineering DegreeProven work experience in sales of road equipment specifically in soil compactors (very familiar with other brands such as Bomag, Amman, Caterpillar, Sakai, Dynapac, Volvo, JCB, etc.)Proven track record in consultative selling and providing complex solutionsExcellent written and communication skillsExcellent presentation and creativity skillsWilling to travel locally and overseasOpen-minded and a team playerExcellent knowledge of computer applicationDetail-oriented, pay attention to detailsCustomer relationship-orientedGood driver and have a valid driving licenseDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIncrease SOIL COMPACTOR market shareAwareness of competitor's products, pricing, and market statistics and strategiesManage business P&LCollaborate with the finance department on all financial matters.Maximize financial profitability through value-based selling.Plan and execute business actionable and sales goals.Plan, execute, and prioritize sales activities to convert potential inquiries into orders.Initiate strongly and implement marketing and sales activities.Create strong relationships with existing customers.Identify and develop new customers.Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Work closely with product specialists locally and principal companies.Participate in promotional activities, i.e., exhibitions, marketing, and product presentations.Awareness of competitors' products, pricing, and market statisticsPerform other duties as may be assigned.Area of coverage: NationwideTo be based in Carmona, Cavite
