Position: Product Manager for Patient Monitoring Solutions (Luzon)
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading distributor of high-quality medical supplies and equipment. Our respected client is looking for a Product Manager for Patient Monitoring Solutions that will handle the Luzon Area.
The Product Manager is responsible for the planning, implementing and monitoring of marketing strategies for the assigned products.
Job responsibilities:
Conducts market analyses, SWOT analyses (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats), and competitive analyses, including market shares, forecast, segmentation, customer information, and market needs analyses
Adheres to market share objectives
Budgets targets with details to analyse plan-vs.-actual analysis
Carry's out specific sales tactics, programs, management responsibilities, promotions, and other elements
Conducts quarterly reviews and implements the marketing plan
Conducts product training externally (to end-users) and internally (to sales personnel)
Revalidates product presentations/demonstrations to accredit internal speakers from the Sales Department
Establishes effective and harmonious relationships with principals, always with the interests of the company in mind
Responds completely and accurately to official communications (via email, phone)
Observes policy on addressing specific concerns such as pricing
Conducts regular coordination/business review meetings (via Skype)
Builds franchise with KOLs and related medical associations
Conducts regular coordination meetings (once a month)
Plans joint activities (e.g. medical missions, sports)
Develops sufficient sales funnels and monitors them regularly
Coordinates with Sales and Operations for bidding, regulatory and logistics requirements, as well as on other operational and sales concerns
Prospects for valuable partners/principals to enhance portfolio
Performs other tasks assigned by the immediate superior
