We are looking for a (Technical) Product Manager who will play a critical role in driving the development and success of our AI-driven automation products. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with product management skills to lead the design, development, and delivery of world-class solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap for AI and automation products, identifying market opportunities, and aligning with company goals.
Develop a clear vision for the product, aligning it with business goals and customer needs.
Define the product roadmap, considering market trends, competitive landscape, and user feedback.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and designers, throughout the product development lifecycle.
Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, translating customer needs into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to brainstorm and refine innovative product concepts.
Lead agile product development processes, working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality features and functionality on schedule.
Prioritize ideas based on impact and feasibility.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and delightful user experiences.
Ensure alignment with the overall product vision.
Quality Assurance: Define and implement robust testing processes to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of AI-driven automation products.
Data-driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and metrics to measure product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive data-informed decision-making.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes related to AI and automation, leveraging insights to enhance product offerings.
Analyze market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.
Identify gaps and opportunities to inform product decisions.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, validate product features, and ensure that AI and automation solutions meet user needs and expectations.
Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and milestones to executives and other stakeholders.
Manage expectations and address concerns.
Implement a Streamlined Product Launch Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies.
Monitor post-launch performance and iterate as needed.
Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including product specifications, user manuals, and API documentation, to support internal teams and external stakeholders.
Train New Team Members Onboard and mentor team members, ensuring they understand the product vision and their roles.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field.
Must have 3-5 years of experience in technical product management roles, with a focus on AI and automation products.
At least with experience as a Product Engineer/Product Manager in the Software Industry
Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.
Proficiency in software development methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, JIRA, etc.
Ability to interpret data, conduct A/B testing, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in using analytics tools to track product performance.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while also paying attention to technical details.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with rapidly evolving technologies
