JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to participate in the creation of new products and features, from the idea stage to launch and who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gain a deep understanding of user requirements and customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Help write user stories, acceptance criteria, grooming and prioritizing backlog
Assist Product Director in managing product roadmap and translate high level strategies into manageable stories and product backlog
Support the development teams during each release cycle to clarify requirements, make priority calls, review test plans and determine a release schedule
Work closely with Business Stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value and ROI
Balance commercial needs against technical requirements and capabilities
Understand fundamentals of evolutionary change & iterative development
Capable of managing stakeholders and setting realistic expectations at executive level
Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritize user requirements based on business and customer impact.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
5 years’ experience in a reputable technology company
With at least experience in handling products on a supervisory level
Experience product development life cycle
Preferably with Agile and Scrum experience with the ability to create and analyze multi-variate testing
Experience with building Web Application and Mobile APP
Experience designing and building great user experiences on both web and mobile.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its life cycle
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
Knowledgeable with Axure, Office software and so on
Familiarity with market research, consumers’ behavior and marketing techniques
Hands-on experience with web technologies
Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira or Trello
Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
