This person will conduct research, and watch market trends to develop plans that will increase sales.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Sourcing of new products and suppliers (local and foreign)- Coordinates with existing and new suppliers- Conducts market research to identify potential problems or opportunities for new products- Responsible for the overall profitability of a specific product- Keeping detailed records of all project activities such as budgets, timelines, and task completion status**Product Development Specialist Requirements**:- Preferably with experience in product merchandising, purchasing & development- Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar- Ability to use design software- Up-to-date on the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in product development- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail**RICHPRIME** takes pride in building brands successfully in the Philippines for over 40 years with its strong marketing, distribution, logistics, and sourcing capabilities.
