Product Developement Specialist

- Develop a cost and process-efficient manufacturing process of new or improved products by working closely with - Product Development Specialists in creating the most appropriate processing design. - Ensures that all new and existing products are validated against food safety standards. - Continuous process improvement of existing products.- Validate the shelf life of products with new or improved manufacturing processes. - Validate that set standards are consistently met from Batch Run to Commercial Production. - Adhere to Food Safety and Quality Management Systems and Laboratory Management System policies and procedures.Salary range: 18k to 20k
