Identify potential suppliers through comprehensive market research. Supplier Evaluation:
Assess suppliers based on various criteria including product quality pricing delivery times aftersales support and environmental sustainability. Request for Proposals (RFPs):
Solicit quotations from potential suppliers based on defined protocols including specifications quantities needed delivery schedules and other relevant terms and conditions. Negotiation Skills:
Negotiate with suppliers on pricing payment terms warranties and service agreements to ensure favorable terms for the organization. Risk Management:
Mitigate supply chain disruptions quality issues or regulatory compliance concerns through effective risk management strategies. Define Requirements:
Specify requirements and specifications for the products needed including features performance and other relevant factors. Quality Assurance:
Evaluate suppliers based on their track record of delivering reliable and highquality products ensuring adherence to quality standards. Qualifications :
Graduating college/university students who are required to render their internship as part of the school curriculum
Students with proof of good moral conduct and/or endorsement from college/university
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Displayed planning and organization skills
Proactive and collaborative
