Procurement Specialist (MEPF) - Quezon City Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Engineering)
Evaluate and analyze all end-user or project request for MEPF requirements; checking completeness of the supplementary documents and understanding both technical and specifications prior solicitation. Solicitation of vendor proposal, analyze all quotation and prepare cost comparison endorsing most favorable proposal/quotation. Negotiate with vendor on the lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company. Liaise with vendor on delivery schedule or work commencement so as to ensure scheduled programme with operation. Ensure that payment process to vendor are regularly checked, monitored and updated. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. At least 3 years experience in MEPF Procurement. Knowledgeable in SAP. With background on Quantity Surveying, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management. With experience in Negotiation and Vendor Management. CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN QUEZON CITY.
