Procurement Specialist

1. Coordinate with the vendor for the proposal/quotaOon.2. Prepares quotaOon/proposal to clients.3. Prepares and issues purchase orders to vendors.4. Source out new IT vendor.5. Prepare delivery receipt to client.1. Must be a college graduate or any business-related course.2. Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications.3. Knowledgeable in procurement process especially in the IT industry.4. Knowledgeable in IT products and services.5. Knowledgeable in price negotiation.6. Familiarity with IT vendors/distributors is a plus.7. Has good communication skills.8. Willingness to render overtime.
