We are glad to announce that we are hiring for a Procurement Lead for our Pasig office.
As a Procurement Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for the compliance of the Source to Pay process with the Orica Group Standard for the East Asia Region.
What you will be doing: Support the procurement related requirements of Limay Manufacturing Plant and customer sites in the Philippines and East Asia region. Manage procurement operations and escalations from all transactional activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Work with stakeholders in identification and resolution of potential issues/discrepancies related to transactional procurement and escalating where necessary. Accountable for all internal audit queries and reviewing existing audit processes. Work with the Supply Chain team to ensure Planning Strategies are aligned with the business requirements. Maintain close working relationships with suppliers, internal customers, and Supply Chain network. Provide support to the Procurement Specialist and Coordinators where required. Act as a mentor to encourage improvement and best practice across the team. Ensure efficient processes for maintaining accurate spend and contracts database (SAP) What will you bring Mining, Oil & Gas, Industrial, and other relevant B2B Marketing industries Must be able to pass pre-employment medical checks. Previous experience in a similar role and sized organisation of 5 + years Tertiary qualifications in economics, engineering, supply chain management or business ERP experience required (SAP preferred) Solid communication and negotiation skills, strong business acumen and possesses advanced analytical capability.
