Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers- Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options- Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies- Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development- Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed**Qualifications**:- Graduate of BS Degree in Industrial Engineering or any business related course- More than 1 year experience in procurement in a construction company.- A certain experience in supplier's Quality-Cost-Delivery capability enhancement activity is an advantage.- A certain experience for market research and supplier development activity including auditing activity is an advantage.**Salary**: Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company events- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Promotion to permanent employee- Staff meals providedSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Angeles, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
