Details of the offer

Salary:40,000 (package)
Can start ASAP
Nightshift starts at 8 pm onwards / Shifting schedule
Can work on-site in BGC Taguig, The Curve Building
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree
3-5 years of prior process training or teaching experience in a back office, non-voice/voice type of project/company process.
Have at least 2 to 3 years tenure per organization (or an average of 2.5 years)
Handled E-mail and Live Chat campaigns from the past
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Word, basic Excel, intermediate to advanced PowerPoint, including the ability to create PowerPoint presentations, and basic Outlook).
1-3 years of formal customer service and call center training experience (Customer service experience for Voice and Back office operation activities is strongly preferred)
Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care
Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company.
Creative ability, writing proficiency and visual graphics design ability;
Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment;
Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
