DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1 Leads, coordinates and monitors the effective execution established production processes, methods and procedures.
2 Generates procedures, work instructions, one-point lessons and checksheets for process standardization.
3 Provides engineering support within the production process including the development of process and equipment specifications, process trouble shooting and operator training.
4 Provides necessary quality control related to work procedures.
5 Provides support in new model set-up and development on production line.
6 Monitors the production yield output and establishes countermeasures to further increase the yield.
7 Supports in meeting the requirements for ISO 9000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001standards.
8 Initiates and executes corrective and preventive action or countermeasure for problem regarding equipment and process.
9 Coordinates and works closely with Production and QA/QC Departments in all aspects of process improvement and process related issues.
10 Makes design of jigs and fixtures, and conduct qualification of machine, jigs and fixture that will be used in the production lines.
11 Promotes a good working relationship with customers on audit and action items.
12 Provides technical related reports such as FMEA and FA Evaluation Report, Qualification Report, 8 Discipline (8D) Report, Closed Loop Corrective Action (CLCA) Report as part of the customer requirement, MRB and/or self-initiative for process requirement.
13 Provides support in the execution of engineering evaluations requests from BTJ and customer.
14 Reports to his superior or recommends possible actions to reduce or eliminate hazards found in the workplace.
15 Performs other tasks that may be assigned by superior.
EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:
1. College graduate of any Engineering course
2. At least 3 years work experience as Process Engineer in semiconductor / electronics manufacturing company.
