Who are we looking for We're looking for a Process Analyst to join our HR Shared Services team for a fixed term contract of four (4) months. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of HR processes within the shared services framework. Responsible for analyzing process issues, driving process improvements, leading projects, conducting quality audits, and applying Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Define, design, and implement processes for new workflows /reference guides due to new business or change in scope of business. Create detailed process documentation across all aspects of the employee lifecycle management. Analyze existing processes within the shared services framework and identify opportunities for optimization. Propose enhancements and streamline workflows to improve overall shared services service delivery. Collaborate with internal People Operations teams, People Services (PS) Team Leaders and cross-functional teams to define, document, and standardize processes and procedures.
What you will bring to the team: Minimum 4 years' demonstrated experience in Business Process Modelling and Business Process Improvement. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Demonstrated experience in HR or HR shared services environment. Demonstrated experience in applying project management methodologies and coordinating schedules of work. Excellent interpersonal/negotiation skills enabling effective interaction with stakeholders and experience in leading/facilitating process improvement workshops. Proven experience in implementing lean concepts and tools. Knowledge and demonstrated experience in implementing Agile methodologies. Work schedule: Monday to Friday - 8 AM - 5 PM. .
This job offer can be based either in Makati, Quezon City or in our office in Cebu , depending on your home base / location.
