Job Description:Preschool TeacherMaster and implement the lesson plan and activities provided by the schoolConduct effectively daily classesDevelop and implement supplemental activities that promote the cognitive, social and emotional development of childrenCreate a warm, welcoming and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning and promotes positive interactions among childrenObserve and assess the progress of each child and communicate as needed with parents regarding their child's developmentWork collaboratively with other teachers and staff to plan and implement special eventsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment, and ensure that all materials and equipment are in good working conditionAttend meetings, PTCs, and participate in trainings and other professional and personal development opportunitiesAdhere to all school policies, health and safety regulationsTeacher's AidAssist the lead teacher in implementing the lesson plans and activities in the classroomSupport the lead teacher in creating a warm, welcoming and inclusive classroom environmentWork with individual children or small groups of children to provide additional support or enrichment as neededAssist with classroom management tasks, such as maintaining a clean, organized and safe classroom environment, and ensuring that all materials and equipment are in good working conditionAssist in the preparation of visual aids, learning materials, props for school events or other materials as neededMinimum QualificationsPreschool TeacherBachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or any related fieldExcellent command of English, both oral and writtenStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and caregiversCreativity, flexibility and adaptability in developing and implementing age-appropriate activitiesStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesKnowledgeable in the use of the computer, especially Microsoft Office ProgramsAbility to maintain a calm and patient demeanor when working with young childrenMust be fully vaccinated, willing to work in Talayan Village Quezon CityTeacher's AidBachelor's Degree in any course, degree in education is a plusGood communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with colleaguesCreativity, flexibility and adaptability in the work environmentCheerful and pleasant personality, enjoys working with childrenAbility to maintain a calm and patient demeanor when working with young childrenMust be fully vaccinated, willing to work in Talayan Village Quezon City
