If you excel in customer service, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, apply now to be part of our team delivering exceptional service to our valued clients!Nature of Account:• Voice / Phone Support questions on products and/or customer service support including billing and rate plan questions and changes, customer retention, upsells, data product and service technical support, troubleshooting, sales and addition of new lines of service.Salary Range:• 21k - 25k (will vary based on comms, exams score and tenure)Qualifications:• K-12 Graduate / 2nd year college completed and up - at least solid 6 months CCE• high School Graduate - at least solid 2 years of CCE• Local CCE will not be consideredPerks & Incentives:• Up to Php 7,000 per month if balanced scorecard objectives are met/exceeded• Monthly account spiff and incentive (RDOT incentive, Inbound incentive), depending on the need of the client and account. • Monthly Client Initiated incentives and promotions
