Greenbulb Communications is in need of Managers for our Consumer and Corporate Desks with the following qualifications:
A graduate of Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising/Media, or similar tracks. At least two (2) years' experience in a public relations or communications role. Excellent communication skills; able to develop and execute communication campaigns; knowledgeable in media relations, account management, and team management. Skilled in writing business news, features, speeches and support documents for PR and investor communications. Team player, adaptive to high-pressure situations, a multi-tasker when needed, resilient, and has great passion to learn about different industries Adaptable to changing work set-up. In the interim, the agency is working from home but applicant must be willing to work in Circulo Verde, Quezon City when agency deems it safe and necessary to report to the physical office. Full time positions available Main Duties and Responsibilities
I. Client Servicing
Develop Communications strategies and plans for clients/accounts Manage timely implementation and execution of plans Regularly meets with clients to ensure plans are executed Budget Management - Heads accounting for monies utilized for events and projects Creation of CEs Oversees select and timely deliverables to clients Coordinates with Accounting Department to ensure clients are billed Creation and development of press release materials, briefing books, and executive speeches Management of Associates II. Media Relations
Pitching of interviews and exclusive features Media Follow-ups for press releases Assists in Media Management III. Business Development
Lead generation Assists in development of pitches IV. Adherence to Team Culture
