Job Description:
Meralco is seeking a confident and independent PR Associate to work remotely from home. The PR Associate will be responsible for developing and implementing public relations strategies to enhance the company's image and reputation. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in PR or a related field and possess strong problem-solving and innovation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute PR campaigns to promote Meralco's products and services- Work with the marketing team to create integrated marketing communications plans- Write press releases, articles, and other PR materials- Cultivate relationships with media outlets and journalists- Monitor and analyze media coverage of Meralco- Coordinate PR events and press conferences- Assist with crisis communications as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field- At least 3 years of experience in PR or a related field- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment preferred
