Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced PR Associate to join our team at BeautyMNL, a leading beauty and wellness e-commerce platform based in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a PR Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing PR strategies to enhance the company's brand visibility and reputation. This role requires a high level of creativity, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the beauty and wellness industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive positive media coverage- Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry stakeholders- Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other communications materials- Coordinate and oversee photo shoots, events, and interviews with media outlets- Monitor press coverage and analyze results to measure the impact of PR efforts- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging and branding- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify PR opportunities and risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in PR, preferably in the beauty and wellness industry- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills- Proven track record of securing media placements and managing PR campaigns- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Adaptable and motivated team player with a positive attitude- Excellent cooperation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
