Monitor all turnover and project acceptance related activities on the project Perform all punchlisting on behalf of the project proponents Attend coordination meetings Implementation and control of the agreed common area and residential unit punchlists inspection parameters and acceptance guidelines Coordinate all QA/QC with the site construction manager on all quality issues Collaborate and develop inspection and test programs on architectural and civil works Operation and preventive maintenance of MEPF system Operation and monitoring of all critical parameters Ensure strict post construction documentation and project closure Your application will include the following questions: Do you have customer service experience?
