Pollution Control Officer

Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific ESH projects while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope. Oversee projects from inception to completion with the end in mine in, helping to reduce costs, maximize company efficiencies, and increase revenue. Define the main objectives of the project, its purpose, and its scope. Discuss shared expectations, and gain the required authorization from TOP management to move a project forward. The plan established during this process helps project managers oversee scope, cost, timelines, risk, quality issues, and communications. It is during this phase that project managers will outline key deliverables and milestones and identify the tasks that must be completed to complete each. Identify key lessons learned after a project has been completed. Understanding on what went well, what could be done differently and future improve project management practices in the future. Perform audits in ESH areas of concerns. Identify these risks and how to mitigate them, and determine environmental impacts. Knowledgeable in waste water treatment Requirements1. With 3-5 years experience as an ESH Engineer in an FMCG manufacturing plant. Has handled multiple ESH projects in previous company. Must be an Engineering graduate (IE, ME and Che). Knowledgeable in applicable laws and regulatory requirements related to ESH
