Plant Manager

Directs and manages all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality, and production-related activities. Oversee employees, production and efficiency, to make sure the plant is running smoothly, quickly, efficiently, and safely.
Implement cost-effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, manpower, wages, and salaries.
Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards.
Provides direction, development, and leadership to production personnel.
Proven work experience as a Plant Manager or proven managerial experience in a related field.
Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and quality assurance).
Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise.
Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes
