DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and coordinate manufacturing operations to meet production targets. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes. Identify and address bottlenecks to streamline workflow.  Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet product specifications. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Develop and manage the manufacturing budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Communicate production goals and objectives to the team. Collaborate with other departments to align manufacturing activities with overall business strategies. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 5 years experience as Operations/ Production Manager in a Plastic Injection Molding company.
