Job Description
Prepare audit programs to address property management concerns.
Conduct fieldwork to assess the property management’s efficiency in handling the day to day operations, general security and safety and enforcement of existing policies and procedures.
Prepare audit reports containing summary of audit findings and recommend action plans for submission to Associate Director / Director – Quality Assurance Group
Discuss audit findings with auditee and his /her immediate supervisors recommend corrective action to improve controls and operations.
Coordinate with Directors/Unit Heads, Associate Directors and Property Managers / Process Owners regarding implementation of recommended action plans.
Make oral or written presentations to management during and at the conclusion of the examination.
IMS Auditor
Conduct internal audits using the standard principles and techniques
Collect and analyze data in each audit activity, determine appropriateness of CAPA and monitor implementation.
Provide recommendations to improve QEHSMS.
Perform pre-audit review, conduct audit and post-audit follow-up.
Prepare a formal report to communicate results of audit activities to Internal Quality Audit Head.
