Planner

Duties and Responsibilities:- Consolidate all the projects needed on a weekly/monthly basis and ensure stability of material requirement plan according to clients' promo grid.- Prioritize job-orders to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.- Maintains material status and other reports as required- Follow ups as necessary with all external planners to confirm the projects and/or expedite flow of materials and documents to meet customer expectations..- Able to get Production schedule based on material availability in cooperation with external planners, provided that the projects are confirmed.- Analyze data and make decisions to support delivery commitment.- Interacts with all teams to resolve material issues affecting the plan.- Performs other tasks as delegated by the Operations Head.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From Php18,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Health insurance- Paid trainingSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- General Trias, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
