Your Role and ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibility is to ensure high quality and timeliness of input into the asset, i.e. hardware and/or software, tracking database(s); provides process documentation and training activities as necessary; and ensures audit-readiness of all processes, tasks, and activities.
Your responsibilities include:
Receiving delivery of desktops and thinkpads
Managing assets in stockroom (in and out)
Updating the logbook and GIT on time
Ensuring to repair machines to be deployable
Returning thinkpads and desktops upon surrender from resigning users or loaned by users
Deployment of machines
Scrubbing of machines for internal transfer
Unlocking of deployed desktops
