Qualifications:
• At least a High School Graduate. Short Course/Vocational, College Graduates or Undergraduates are also welcome to apply.
• Know how to use a computer.
• Know how to speak in English.
• Higher Base Salary for those with at least 1 year of Call Center Agent Experience.
• Willing to start immediately.
Job Description:
• Take incoming phone calls from customers.
• Answer questions about the product or service.
• Providing the most appropriate solutions based on the details provided by the customers
• Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
