Job Description:
Organizing and arranging GM’s schedule. Handling day to day business needs of the GM. Organizing Management events and meetings. Working closely with management and organization’s senior leaders. Taking meeting minutes of Country Management Team meetings. Making travel arrangements and handling business trip expense. Helping both personal needs of the GM when necessary. Dealing with administrative duties for the GM. GM’s first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization. Minimum Qualifications:
Preferably experienced as a Personal Assistant/Secretary min. 2 years Tactful and discreet for dealing with confidential information Able to demonstrate good level of English skill (verbal & written) Excellent organisational and time management skills Good personal skills and attention to detail Able to take personal initiatives Excellent computer and administrations skills
