Requirements Elevate Your Skills: Unlock the Path to Success in Performance Marketing Solid track record in performance marketing, ideally in B2B with long sales cycles.
Expertise in handling and setting up analytics solutions, particularly in ad tracking and attribution.
Successful implementation of B2B campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, and others.
Experience in funnel building and B2B lead generation.
Ability to work independently.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong understanding of business cause-effect relations.
Fluent communication skills in English.
Prior Experience:
4+ years of experience in performance marketing & analytics.
Experience in B2B lead generation with long sales cycles.
Responsible for an online advertising budget of at least USD 100,000 per year.
Performance Measurement:
80% of leads and sales can be precisely tracked (source, attribution) across all stages of the sales funnel.
Achieve a scalable ROAS of 8.
