Performance Marketing Associate

About the Job:

• Project management. Housekeeping in the form of updating client reports, managing documents, etc. You should be very organized and self-motivated.

• Manage ads: go into ad dashboard and upload and edit ads as directed. Work with the creative team in manila to acquire the requirements.

• Integration: create landing pages on self-service platforms as directed by the president.

• Problem-solving. You should expect to think through challenges, problems, and questions.

• Research. Under our direction, we will expect that you will be able to conduct research, whether it be competitive analysis, ads auditing, or understanding new marketing tools to use for our clients.

• Compensation Growth: strong opportunities to grow compensation every quarter with bonuses and raises if goals are hit
Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree

• Knowledge in Facebook, google ads and or google analytics

• 1 year of Digital Marketing experience

• Strong project management skills

• Eager to grow

• Willingness to learn and be mentored
