ManilaProvides outsourced pension administration services to occupational pension funds. Manages queries and data requests from members and client queries, ensuring good client relations are maintained and complaints and managed. Performs manual calculations, quotations and data processing in accordance with regulatory requirements. Manages annual projects such as pension increases and benefits statements and other ad hoc project work. Responsible for client relationship management including all aspects of service delivery and reporting.

Our Retirement team provides expertise in retirement and investment consulting to support organizations worldwide in designing, managing, administering and communicating all types of retirement plans.

Explore an opportunity. In this role you will perform recurring plan administration services and work assignments for clients’ defined benefit plans under the supervision of senior analysts and will assist with project work and other ad hoc client support services as requested.
The Role
The Pension Benefits Administrator works directly with other team members to directly handle the workload of the business, share expertise, and provide necessary process support to new joiners. Some of the work includes loading of images received via unassociated and associated documents to the system, correcting participant record, changes of address, tax changes, payment review, payment inputs and complex setups.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Perform routine, complex and recurring plan administration tasks for clients’ defined pension benefit plans and information.
Work cooperatively with other team members to complete tasks and to ensure unified delivery of services.
Gain a thorough understanding of the plan design.
Learn and use Professional Excellence tools and concepts to ensure efficient and quality output/service delivery.
Adhere to plan documents and government regulations in administering plans.
Perform established quality control standards and meet established quality targets.
Complete assigned cases using established procedures and in a timely manner.
Meet productivity goals as well as meet established efficiency standards.
Actively participate in team meetings and training activities.
Follow and update documentation materials as directed.
The Requirements

Ability to gain a strong understanding of the administrative process as it relates to pension benefit plans and pension participants’ information.
Ability to complete pension administration training program.
Knowledge of pension benefits administration is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed the standards of the client.
Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, but also cooperatively in a close team environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Powerpoint and Word.
Professional and responsible approach to work, clients and associates.
Work Mondays thru Fridays.
Ability to manage time well.
Ability to organize and prioritize with strong attention to details.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Ability to complete multiple projects within established deadlines.
Has at least 6 years BPO experience
Has knowledge on benefits administration, plan administration or insurance processing
Experience presenting using MS Powerpoint is an advantage
Intermediate MS Excel knowledge is an advantage
Has done floor support, managed process questions locally
Work experience with US counterparts preferred
College degree holder
