Payroll Officer

Work Location: MAKATI CITY, PHILIPPINES.Salary Details: 20,000 - 25,000 (Basic Salary + Allowance)PHONE INTERVIEW**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.- Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.- Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.- Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.- Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:- Must be good in MS Excel.- Experience in Manual Computation for PAYROLL, 13TH MONTH, ANNUALIZATION.- Experience in Mandatories matter (BANCNET and MANUAL PAYMENT)- Must be analytical and good with details.- Must be willing to work in Makati City, Philippines.- Full-Time position(s) available.For fast process COMMENT or MESSAGE.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Health insurance- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Pay raiseSchedule:- 10 hour shift- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Monday to Friday- OvertimeSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Payroll: 1 year (preferred)
