Payroll Officer For An Au Campaign | 8649

We are looking for an experienced end to end AU Payroll Processor who will support the Brisbane payroll team with the following:

- End to end payroll for Stellar, including monthly internal payroll, weekly contractor payroll.
- Preparing and processing PAYE/PAYG payments to IRD/ATO, and other appropriate payroll reconciliations as required
- Support the administration of the payroll data to ensure processes are correct, the data tables are maintained, and the data reconciles on a rolling YTD basis
- Ensure all pay-runs are prepared with accuracy, all backup information is saved, and all required reports are produced and saved
- Support the preparation and processing of payroll month end, ensuring payroll data reconciles YTD
- When required upload pay-runs and payroll creditor payments to the banking platform for payment
- Assist in reconciling all payroll related GL accounts each month
- Assist in reconciling and execution of payroll year end within the required timeframes
- Assist with preparation and processing of required superannuation payments
