Payroll Manager

Responsibilities:1. Overall responsibility of perfect implementation of all client payroll rules Stay updated on changing DOLE rules and updating the software accordingly Excellent Comprehension and Communication Skills2. Obtain client sign off on all payroll calculations and reports during implementation Motivate theteam to ensure client satisfaction and Employee Satisfaction3. Obtain understanding of client payroll rules and policies during implementation4. Calibrate with the client on how each rule and policy is to be applied using historical payroll calculation by the client Highlight any discrepancies in historical calculation to the client5. Confirm the client rules can be deployed in the software Highlight any customization request bythe client Develop Excel back ups for calculationRequirements Must Have:1. 2 year experience in leading a team of payroll specialists calculating payroll for multiple clientsincluding Basic salary, complex rules for overtime, undertime, absences2. Government mandatory contributions and deductions (SSS, PHIC, HDMF and Tax) 13th Month andTax Annualization computation3. All reports and Forms for compliance with all regulatory bodies Journal and Ledger entries4. Excellent comprehension and communication (verbal and written) skills Ability to multi task andprioritize5. Excellent Advanced MS Excel skills Knowledge of updated DOLE rules
