Payroll And Benefits Assistant

Job Responsibilities:Assist in entering and reviews the weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payroll time data, employee maintenance, new hire, benefits data, and terminated employees for processing.Audits payroll data entry and employee status changes to ensure accuracy prior to payroll execution.Handles employee benefits, including orientation, timely enrollment/termination, and auditing/endorsing invoices for payment processing.Prepares required monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.Supports the administration of all employee benefit programs, including enrollments and terminations.Coordinate with the applicable government agencies to manage claims filed or submitted by the employees (SSS, PhilHealth, PagIBIG).Job Requirements:BS/BA in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science, Business Administration, or a relevant fieldAt least 1-2 years of experience as a Payroll and Benefits Assistant/SpecialistHands-on experience with HR databases and payrollUnderstanding of general human resources/payroll policies and procedures, particularly in the PhilippinesOutstanding knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.Has shown ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests for data, ability to provide excellent customer service a must.Ability to respect, protect, and maintain highly confidential informationDesire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approachAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
