Payroll And Benefits Assistant

Job Responsibilities: - Assist in entering and reviews the weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payroll time data, employee maintenance, new hire, benefits data, and terminated employees for processing.- Audits payroll data entry and employee status changes to ensure accuracy prior to payroll execution.- Handles employee benefits, including orientation, timely enrollment/termination, and auditing/endorsing invoices for payment processing.- Prepares required monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.- Supports the administration of all employee benefit programs, including enrollments and terminations.- Coordinate with the applicable government agencies to manage claims filed or submitted by the employees (SSS, PhilHealth, PagIBIG).Job Requirements:- BS/BA in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science, Business Administration, or a relevant field- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Payroll and Benefits Assistant/Specialist- Hands-on experience with HR databases and payroll- Understanding of general human resources/payroll policies and procedures, particularly in the Philippines- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.- Has shown ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests for data, ability to provide excellent customer service a must.- Ability to respect, protect, and maintain highly confidential information- Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
