Command Excellence: Your Vital Role in Financial Services Mastery Payroll Processing
Accurately process payroll transactions, including salaries, bonuses, overtime, and deductions.
Stay informed about local and international payroll laws to ensure compliance across all regions.
Address employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues promptly and accurately.
Reporting and Analysis
Coordinate the end-to-end payroll process, including data collection, calculation, and distribution of payments.
Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Generate payroll-related reports for audit, due diligence, and ad hoc projects.
Liaise with payroll providers to ensure timely submission of payroll journals to the Finance team.
Audit and Controls
Maintain robust internal controls and audit procedures to uphold payroll data integrity.
