Payroll Admin Analyst | Project Employee

Job Description:
Process mid-month and end-month payroll cycle runs. Performs various analysis and reconciliations. Prepares various Payroll Reports (monthly, quarterly, annual). Handles payroll accounting and accruals. Prepares performance metrics monitoring Provides reporting to management on issues, projects and processing statistics Siebel Administration (employee inquiries) / support Ensures compliance to Team Norms, Internal controls and Company’s Policies Assists with ad hoc requests/special projects/team projects and assists with internal deliverables preparation Perform statutory requirement processing Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree graduate, preferrably Finance, Psychology and other related fields Must have at least 2 years experience in end to end payroll in PH Must have an intermediate skill using Excel (Pivot, vlookup, reports) With work experience within the same industry Must be amenable to work in a project based employment
