Scope & Responsibilities: Manage the unit's day-to-day operations. Lead the implementation of the fund development strategy to secure partnerships from corporate partners and individuals. Grow the organization's partnership network with corporations, non-profits, individuals, and government. Represent the organization in negotiations for partnerships. Lead the retention of existing corporate partners and individuals, resulting in retained and/or increased fund development. Manage P&L, analyze fundraising data, and provide recommendations for growth. Recommend strategies to diversify and increase fund generation. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience in managing P&L, analyze fundraising data, and quantify fundraising strategies. Demonstrate a growth-oriented marketing approach. At least three (3) years of leadership experience, preferably in a relevant field. Willing to be assigned in Muntinlupa City. Proven extensive network with various potential partners (corporations, foundations, HNIs, government). Flexible and open to being assigned different roles as needed. Willing to travel, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent negotiation skills. Public speaking experience is an advantage. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft applications and data analytics tools. Educational and professional background in corporate sales, fund development, entrepreneurship, and various industries including NGO, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, real estate, and insurance.
