Paralegal

**Duties and Responsibilities**:The Paralegal support the Corporate Lawyer/s by providing research, interviews, administrative and other inputs to them on the legal issues and cases being addressed. S/he ensures that contracts and legal cases are precise and well documented, easily accessible for internal partners/lawyers as needed, by drafting documents, and organizing files, calling on legal witnesses or case resource persons, maintaining a legal library among other roles.**Qualifications**:- At least 3-5 years' experience as Legal Assistant, paralegal, or similar roles- Exposure to working in a corporate setting, in construction and realty business an advantage- Experienced interacting with and addressing issues relevant to the Philippine legal system and other aspects of the legal profession- Willing to work at QC based Office**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed termSchedule:- 8 hour shift**Experience**:- Paralegal: 3 years (preferred)- Real Estate: 3 years (preferred)
