Paralegal (For Uk Client) - Alabang

Job Purpose:To provide administrative support to paralegals and lawyers, including tasks like document organization, scheduling, and client communication, facilitating smooth operations within a legal setting.Duties and Responsibilities:• Onboarding New Clients - Onboarding new clients and setting them up on Proclaim, our online case management system.• Reviewing Cases - Reviewing the case files of new and existing clients to see progress to date and identify the next actions on the file. Following clearly set out processes to progress the different types of cases.• Client Liaison - Contacting clients via phone and email to update them on the progress of their cases and also to request further details needed to progress the case.• Reporting and Analytics - Producing regular reports on individual case files and also statistical information across your portfolio of cases.Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in Law• A minimum of 3 years experience as a Paralegal• Excellent written and spoken English Skills.• Experience working with a UK or US law firm is a plus.• Willing to work 100% onsite in Alabang
