Install equipment in a manner that ensures maximum customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness. Collect all necessary information including site specifications and conditions, develop installation plans, prepare products and necessary tools with supervision of Senior Service Engineer.2. Provide technical support and training.3. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems (thru call, email and onsite)4. Debug equipment software/system. (thru call, email and onsite)5. Perform equipment repairs and/or preventive maintenance.6. Document all services/repair/maintenance work in CRM7. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses8. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.9. Ad hoc administrative tasks as required10. Identifying hardware and software solutions.
